Hugh Bohling

Hugh Bohling set up CityNet Law in 2006 and is a leading corporate lawyer for the insurance market with over 25 years’ experience. Hugh was previously a partner of a major international law firm.

Hugh’s focus in practice is M&A corporate activity and investment in the London insurance/reinsurance. The M& A activity is combined with specialized knowledge of commercial and regulatory arrangements in the London insurance market, both at Lloyd’s and in the company market, for UK and overseas underwriters, brokers and agencies.

Hugh holds three non-executive directorships in the market place, spanning two insurers and one reinsurance broker and chairs various committees including audit and risk. This hands on experience enables Hugh to give practical and commercial advice.

Hugh is graduate of Cambridge University.
